The Parks Foundation of Hendricks County is actively working to raise funds to support the following projects. Lend your financial support to a project you find meaningful and join the foundation in bringing these great projects to the community. Each project is important for the continued health of our community but if you cannot decide on one, you may make an non-earmarked donation to the foundation and the funding will be directed to the program or project meeting the greatest need. Reforestation
McCloud Nature Park
This project will help restore the beauty of the natural landscape by reforesting 4.2 acres just north of the historic bridge. Learn more.

McCloud Nature Park
The exhibits at McCloud Nature Center are outstanding educational tools for families, scouts and school groups. These educational resources are updated every few years to keep visitor experiences at McCloud Park unique and engaging.

Arboretum
McCloud Nature Park
The arboretum will be
a collection of premier tree specimens laid out in an organized, easily accessible manner and include interpretive signage. This objective of the park master plan will be a wonderful educational area and a highlight of the park. Learn more.
Park Pavilion
Sodalis Nature Park
Sodalis Park has quickly become a treasured resource in the community! The addition of a park pavilion would help facilitate HCP&R's ability to provide public and school programs at the park.
